We are chasing targets and dropping breaths.

Yoga practice expands pathways for life energy to flow, and allows a return to peace, vitality, and inner balance.

A meditative movement practice born from the breath.

Inspired by Pranayama (breathing) and asanas (postures), we connect the physical and energetic bodies.

This grounded, meditative experience invites us to shed old patterns, deepen our presence, and discover the infinite space within.

Yoga is the stilling of the modifications of the mind.

This is how it is defined in Patanjali's second sutra.
This is Patanjali's first definition of Yoga.

The next 193 sutras shape and re-weave the components of consciousness,

deepening the yogi's higher states of consciousness and outlining the paths for practice.

 

Yoga is the science of consciousness.

It is definitely not a collection of complicated poses to "conquer", and it is not a race to a finish line.

Rather, it is a deep, gentle, welcoming fascinating journey that connects body and mind.

 

This practice helps us look inward and is based on ancient wisdom about the human soul, the subconscious, and how to bring health and balance to our physical, emotional, and mental life.

Ultimately, Yoga gives us tools for life - both on and off the mat.

It gives us an endless journey of observation, learning, growth, joy, and self-discovery.

Opening. Expanding. Presence. Inner knowledge.

The practice of Yoga gives us access to our higher mind, to the superconscious.

It connects our subconscious and unconscious, sharpening our intuition, clear vision, and focus. There, worry is replaced by knowing

This is an opportunity to quiet the background noise, move, open up,
